Indoor SUP Yoga - 1hr
Dreaming of Spring? Would you like to get into Paddleboarding next season? Want to give it a go and try out some Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) Yoga at the same time?
Blow away those January blues with a fun and challenging Saturday night's Intro to Paddleboarding at SUP Yoga in the comfort of Penlan Leisure Centre in Swansea, in association with The Sup Hut.
Get to grips with the equipment (board & paddle) and learn how these pieces of equipment can open up a truely verstile sport which works on your 'core' balancing technique and allows you to explore the coastline or inland waterways.
We will get you paddling around the safety of the pool, before joining together to explore how yoga can be transferred onto a paddleboard - in these exclusive sessions unique to South Wales.
No experience of either SUP of Yoga are required.

Where to meet and what to wear?
Please note: when attending classes please arrive by the pool side by 7.45pm, so we can get boards organised and be in the water ready at 8pm.
Come to the sessions as if you were going to go for a swim with suitable bathing costumes/shorts and towel. Tell the reception you’re here for SUP Yoga.

SUP Yoga Sessions are available to those aged 18 or over who are able to swim. Younger teenagers can attend when accompanied by an adult.
